  Ten of our not-so-famous seitan wings. These vegetarian wings are tossed in your choice of one of our Signature Sauces and served with fresh celery and carrots, warm pita bread and a side of ranch or bleu cheese.

  Six vegetarian spring rolls with a sesame seed drizzle and sweet chili sauce for dipping.

• The Bike Lane

  Pittsburgh’s Bike Lanes are a hotly debated topic. This burger pays tribute to this debate. A cajun dusted patty is topped with our spicy Diablo sauce, sauteed bell peppers and bleu cheese crumbles. Whichever side you are on, we’ve made a burger you can agree on!

• The Thick

  Brushed with BBQ sauce, topped with melted cheddar cheese and crispy bacon then stacked THICK with black and tan beer battered onion rings. This one is for our neighbors down the street, THICK Bikes.
  

• The Babes on Bikes

  Loaded with Bacon, Avocado, BBQ aioli and Egg. This burger tastes even better than it looks! Check out the Babes on Bikes organization, celebrating bicycle-riding women in Pittsburgh.

• The Dirt Rag Delight

  Slathered with fresh ground peanut butter, and topped with dill pickles and American cheese. Pittsburgh’s Dirt Rag Magazine covered the mountain biking scene for over 30 years. Try it with bacon for only $1.

• The BMX

  Bacon Mac eXperiment. Our all beef patty topped with OTB special sauce, iceberg lettuce, American cheese, bacon, pickles, onions on a fresh brioche bun. Yes we did.

• The Wheel Mill

  At Pittsburgh’s indoor bike park, The Wheel Mill, you can get rad on your BMX bike or shred indoor flow trails on your mountain bike. Our Wheel Mill burger comes dipped in buffalo sauce and topped with homemade jalapeño cream cheese, crispy bacon and fresh pico de gallo.

• The Hard Tail

  Just your basic burger. We’ll throw in lettuce, tomato and onion upon request. Add pepper jack, provolone, cheddar or American cheese for $1 more. Crumbled blue cheese or Buffalo mozzarella for $1.50 more.

Sandwiches & wraps are served with your choice of our signature seasoned fries or coleslaw. Upgrade to our black and tan beer battered onion rings for $1 or a side salad for $2.

• CRASH & BURN CHICKEN SANDWICH

  Deep fried spicy chicken topped with pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, dill pickle and our homemade “crash” sauce. No helmet needed for this crash and burn!
  

• VEGAN TOFU WRAP

  Sriracha marinated tofu, flash fried in a spinach tortilla wrap with mixed greens, red and yellow peppers (raw) black bean and corn salsa and vegan aioli.

• Single Track Steak Sandwich

  Thinly shaved steak, sauteed onions and provolone cheese pressed on Mancini's bread. Topped with lettuce, tomato and horseradish aioli. The perfect fix after a day of riding sweet singletrack in one of our regional parks.

• Bicycle Times BLT

  A traditional BLT with an added twist! We throw in pepper jack cheese, fresh avocado, a fried egg and spicy chipotle mayo, pressed panini stlye. Try it without the bacon for a vegetarian option! (V)

• Rail Trail Wrap

  Grilled buffalo chicken topped with provolone cheese, lettuce and sliced tomato wrapped in a warm pita. Served with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

• Pump Track Wrap

  Ancho seasoned grilled chicken topped with pepperjack cheese, roasted red pepper, black bean corn salsa and cilantro lime ranch wrapped up in a warm pita.

• Beach Cruiser Shrimp Tacos

  If you don’t have a chance to visit our Boathouse location to cruise on down the shore of North Park Lake, we’ll bring a taste of it to you. Three warm flour tortillas filled with popcorn shrimp tossed with fresh pico de gallo, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and cilantro lime ranch. Served with a side of black bean corn salad.

Available to our biking enthusiasts under 10. Served with fries, celery and carrots or applesauce. Drink included.
